R U IN? strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy against any user attempting to upload, share, solicit, promote, or facilitate child exploitation or abuse within meetups, descriptions, public buzzes, or private chats.

⚡ 2. Safety Mechanisms & Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment for all users, R U IN? enforces the following active protection protocols:

• In-App Reporting Tools: Real-time reporting features available inside every active chat, meetup card, and user profile for immediate safety escalation.
• Immediate Termination & Ban: Instant account termination, permanent hardware/device ban, and deletion of content upon detecting or receiving reports of CSAE violations.
• Law Enforcement Cooperation & NCMEC Reporting: Full cooperation with relevant international law enforcement agencies, with mandatory reporting filed directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
